Kevin Ryan Total Tennis II, Inc. is dedicated to teaching the “Total Tennis Player.” Our philosophy is built on the idea that success is not just about winning and losing. It is also about the process of acquiring mental and physical skills that help players be truly successful on and off the court. KRTT II, Inc. has developed teaching systems that focus on the tactical, technical, physiological and psychological components of playing a TOTAL Game.

Meet Kevin Ryan

Kevin Ryan is a former ATP Touring Professional, who has been instructing players in the game for over 40 years and has served as a “Director of Tennis” in various clubs throughout the Mainline area for over 30 years. He served as “Special Appointee” to the President on the Executive Committee of the USPTA/MS. Kevin is a USPTA certified “Elite Professional” and has earned over 373.50+ educational credits. Kevin holds a B.S. in Marketing and a Masters of Divinity.

Our Philosophy of Teaching:

  • To ensure that clients have fun and improve by using dynamic, progressive teaching systems.
  • We develop tennis players to be the best athletes they can be (with an emphasis on performance over outcome).
  • We teach players the “Total” Tennis game (through training in technique/footwork, tactics/strategy, perception, decision making, and mental feedback).
  • Our privates and clinics simulate point and match situations.
  • We seek to develop game styles based on both the physical and mental skills of the player.
  • For our juniors, we emphasize life values and skills (problem solving, honesty, integrity, fortitude etc.).
